Hi there!

I’m Laura, and I’m so glad you’re here. As owner, guide, and mama, providing a space for you to bond with your child and find your community is a dream come true.

I have been working with children since the early 2000s, and received a BA in Child and Adolescent Development in 2010. I then earned a Montessori Teaching Credential in 2011, specializing in Early Childhood Education. Leading Montessori classrooms for over a decade, partnering with parents to serve students, and opening a micro school during the pandemic, has shaped my deep knowledge and love of Montessori and child development.

After becoming a mom in 2015, I noticed that Napa was in need of more activities for the young child and their parents. After having my second daughter in 2018, I began to dream of how I could help connect parents and caregivers in my home town of Napa. I have been developing the concept of Little House for over 5 years, and am thrilled to be able to bring it to life. I can’t wait to see you and your little one soon!

We are so excited to bring you unique experiences highlighting local experts. Our workshops and classes cater to multiple aged children as well as parent specific offerings.

Children have the opportunity to partake in yoga, music, art, clay, drama, and more- enriching their daily life and building skills, confidence, and self love.

For adults we provide opportunities to learn about Positive Parenting, take part in infant and child CPR sessions from trained personnel, gain guidance about toilet learning support from experts, and so much more! little house strives to educate and connect with you in your parenting journey.
