Daily Exploration

11:00-12:00 Making Monday- children will have the opportunity to create art or music

11:00-12:00 Tasting Tuesday- children will expand their palates and explore food

9:00-10:00 Wiggle Wednesday- large motor activities will be offered

11:00-12:00 Thinking Thursday- a story will be read to encourage deeper connection

11:00-12:00 Feeling Friday- a chance  to identify emotions or experience the world using their senses

Things to know…

  • little house Open Play is designed for the newborn through 3 years old. The materials and activities are not designed for children 4 and older. Siblings are always welcome if under 4 years of age at a discounted rate.

  • Parents, guardians, grandparents, nannies, and loved adults are welcome to bring their child to Open Play. The community welcomes all caregivers and embraces the bond between grown up and child.

  • 1 adult per child is invited to stay and play due to capacity limitations. Adults attendance included in Open Play class fee.

  • Each Open Play is a 60 minute class, allowing the child and adult to engage with the Montessori materials, special activities, and community. 

  • little house is a shoe free zone to keep the floor clean for our tiniest friends. Adults must wear socks and children are encouraged to have bare feet or wear socks with no-slip grip.

  • All parents/guardians must sign waiver upon booking a class for you and your child/ren. The waiver will pertain to all visits to little house.

  • little house is a limited cell phone zone. Please leave your device on silent, and use it sparingly for photos or videos of your child solely. This helps us keep a calm, focused space for the children to explore, and protects the privacy of other children in attendance.

  • little house Open Play is not a drop off daycare or school. These classes are for child and adult to experience together.
